Ingredients
  

  • 1 can (7 oz) kirkland canned chicken (found at costco)
  • 1 tbsp mustard less or more to your taste
  • 2 tbsp sweet relish
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice to your taste
  • 1 tortilla La Banderita Carb Counter Wrap

Instructions
 

  • Mix in a bowl one can of kirkland chicken, mustard, sweet relish, and lemon juice.
    1 can (7 oz) kirkland canned chicken, 1 tbsp mustard, 2 tbsp sweet relish, 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Serve it up in your wrap of choice! I like La Banderita because it is low calorie.

  • You can toast it on a griddle if you prefer your wrap to be warm or eat it cold.

Mix in a bowl one can of kirkland chicken, mustard, sweet relish, and lemon juice. This portion can easily be two serving sizes. I portion out 1/2 (~roughly 3.5 oz) of the chicken salad to make 1 serving (~3.5 oz). Serve it up in your wrap of choice! I like La Banderita because it is low calorie.   You can toast it on a griddle if you prefer your wrap to be warm or eat it cold. Either way, it's a nice snack or even light lunch option that is low in fat and calories, but high in protein.
